Low flow toilet

Green (not the color - the way of life) is everywhere, as it should be.

There is a movement to eradicate energy guzzling products and also a movement to eradicate water guzzling products - the most obvious water guzzler is the toilet.

I read here

Low-Flow Toilets have had a bad reputation, but today’s models are a new generation of technology, featuring high efficiency and even lower water usage. In fact, new toilets can use less than a gallon of water. Compare that with the pre-1992 models that used from three to five gallons of water per flush.

One has to admit that that is a huge difference in water usage.

You may live in an area that has a wet climate and may not be aware of the water crisis which is pretty severe,  and water conservation should be the on the top of our “green” list of things to do.
