The materials you wrote are all natural materials. Other natural material is wood or butcher block. Besides those, there are materials that are man-made such as ceramic tiles, concrete, solid surfaces(Corian, Avonite)and engineered stone (Silestone)
There's laminated surfaces (Formica) too, but they tend to chip and get scratched and in general they look bad as they grow old.
