walter gropius

I've just been to a Bauhaus exhibition at the design museum in London and would like to know more about Walter Gropius and in particular his thoughts on:

Triangle : Yellow : ??? Square : Red : Repose Circle : Blue : Movement

Can someone explain his thoughts on this or direct me to somewhere on the net where I can read more.

I think the yellow triangle was to do with intellect, there's a brilliant book on colour by Johannes Itten, the Swiss artist who was involved on the early days of the Bauhaus, called The Art of Color, ISBN 0-442-24037-6.
