It looks like you have at least two different color schemes going on (i.e.'Chapter' page vs. 'Community' page). I'd suggest picking one and sticking with it site-wide. Personally, I like the 'Community' page better. And then the YAF page is completely different - I'd like to see it either the same color scheme, opening in a new window or the 'target=_top' to fill the active window - it kind of depends on how you want people to perceive the YAF, as a unique entity or as a division of AIA-NOVA.
