By the way, what is a Program Manager Architect? I haven't heard this particular title out here in Colorado. Is a Program Manager Architect a licensed architect who manages program preparation? And what if they have all the residential experience that you require, but haven't earned the license because in residential design the law doesn't require it?
I am oh so curious.

I have 15 yrs residential after 20 yrs corporate. AIA and NCARB can be reactivated. Licensed since 1980.
