That's a shame that you can be so heartless Mark. How has this person offended you, that you took the time out to tell him to go away? Remember 2 things that you should have learnt when you were young: 'If you have nothing good to say, SHUT your mouth', secondly 'What goes around, comes around'

Professionalism has it's place and Mark does have a point.

In defense, there exists a youthful computer culture typing by phonetics, not overly concerned with punctuation, spelling, etc. However fun this approach may be, it rarely works when seeking new business, especially when spell-check is readily available.
