Read in the DWELL magazine there are now some high end contemporary prefab homes. Was wondering what you all think about this.
I have been looking for a contemporary designed home in North Miami for years, so far no luck. Now thinking may be I just buy one and move it here.
Are these homes customized for local building codes (hurricane protection)?
How are they attached to the ground? I still need a monolithic foundation poured correct?
