Is it to late to change my kitchen design now? I am building a new how and originally had planed to have cabinets in an L shape along two wall but now I want to have one wall and an Island, but the electricians have already been and the sockets are all in place. What do you think? is it two late?

I suppose you already have a floor made. This means you won't open it again to connect the island to electricity or water. What do you want to have on the island. The unnecessary sockets can be ignored or covered. Your problem is with what you want to add and not what you already have. Everything can be done. The question is weather you have the extra time and money for that.
