Interesting Childrens Bedrooms

Getting your children’s bedroom just right is one of the most difficult design tasks in my opinion, because just as fast as they grow out of clothes and toys, they will grow  out of a certain style or look. Unlike with clothes and toys however, redoing a bedroom is not a inexpensive task.

My kids bedroom is designed with that in mind. Since they are really young - Color is the main element of design and can be changed on a whim without to much expense (a little work but nothing more) When they grow up, however, and need a place to do their homework, and spend time with themselves and their friends in privacy, that would no longer be enough

GAB bedroom

This is one of the option’s offered by GAB, an  Italian furniture designer for a children’s bedroom, that offers both functionality and the possibility of change. the bottom bunk slides out and could be repositioned. the desk has ample room and there is enough possibilities for small additions and changes, so that the room can “grow” and change with the child, or be personalized, if you will.

They have some pretty cool floor plans along with some unique furniture - notice how the steps to the top bunk go around the back, and are actual steps instead of the traditional ladder, adding a feel of privacy.
