I have just painted my Dinning room a dark shade of green what is the best color to decorate the walls ect. with

If you want the decorations to be a dominant feature in the room you should pick them in a brighter or contrast color. If you want everything to blend well, pick decorations that are close in color and shade to the wall's color.
