I've been thumbing through every book and magazine known to man looking for 'the fabric' that I have in my mind for my valances. My decorator has given me several choices but none of them have been quite right. Finally today, I found it! It's in British Home and Garden, pg 103, bottom right picture. The fabric that is covering the sewing box

Well, this suggestion won't be anything that will yield quick results, but in case you end up having trouble finding it you might want to write to the magazine right now to ask about the fabric. Claire in SF

Agreed. But, they may not have the information or may not be willing to give out contact information. And, this may be a discontinued fabric, in which case, you will need to find a substitute. However, now you that you know what you are striving for, finding an alternative will be easier for you and your designer.
