Any suggestions for the following project.
We need to automatically cover a pool 4000mmx8000mm in order for us to be able to use it as inside pool during winter. The construction must be such that during the summer the mechanism must fold or slide in a smaller area. If you know of any sites or companies that can help please let me know

Hmmm. 13x26'. I wonder why this has to be 'automatic.'
How about a plastic film greenhouse with two layers of polyethylene film inflated with air during the day and soap bubble foam at night? This could solar heat the pool as well.
H. Schwartz & Sons of Wilmington, DE (302) 656-0276 sells 14'x96' coldframes for $699, with steel pipe bows on 4' centers that slide into groundsleeves.
You might remove the pipe bows from the ground sleeves in summertime.
